KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will operate at the core of strategic planning and campaign execution. Your role will be instrumental in elevating the visibility and influence of our brands within the local and regional markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies that reflect the company’s long-term vision for growth in the FMCG sector in Kenya.
- Plan and roll out integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital, print, in-store, and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to ensure brand consistency.
- Use consumer insight data to shape decisions that reflect the desires of Kenyan and regional consumers.
- Maintain brand tone and messaging across all communication, including packaging, advertising, and social content.
- Generate actionable insights through market research and brand audits.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and ROI, adjusting plans based on analytics.
- Work directly with external agencies and marketing vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Keep abreast of trends in marketing jobs in Kenya and competitor activity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within a company known for FMCG jobs in Kenya.
