1. Senior Accountant
Work Station: Nairobi HQ
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational success. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the primary objective of this position is to provide timely and accurate financial information to aid management in planning, decision-making, and communication with stakeholders.
This role encompasses key responsibilities in the Reporting and Treasury functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with reinsurance partners to optimize financial strategies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s financial planning and strategy.
- Provide guidance on financial best practices to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from a recognized institution.
- CPA (K) or ACCA certification (or its equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance application.
- Proficiency in financial planning and strategy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in financial operations.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.

2. Deputy Claims Manager
Work Station: Nairobi HQ
Job Summary:
The Deputy Claims Manager will oversee the administration, coordination, and operations of the Claims, Legal, and Investigations departments. This position entails supervising departmental staff and providing high-level support to the Claims Manager.
The role also involves contributing to the company’s financial and operational success through report preparation, file allocation, and diary management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee claims processing workflows.
- Supervise departmental staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with legal and investigation teams to handle claims efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate registers for claims.
- Handle diary management for claims operations.
- Provide expert support to the Claims Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Diploma in Insurance is mandatory.
- ACII or FCII qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of non-motor claims processes.
Experience:
- At least five (5) years of experience in a senior position related to claims management.

3. Human Resource and Administration Manager

Job Summary:
The Human Resource and Administration Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing all aspects of human resources. This role focuses on aligning the organization’s workforce with company goals while fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance in performance management and workforce strategy.
- Oversee staffing, coaching, and employee relations to ensure a motivated workforce.
- Implement and enforce compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
- Develop strategies for organizational development and employee engagement.
- Manage compensation planning and HR administrative tasks.
- Promote company values and mission through HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Full membership in the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with good standing.
- Demonstrable practical knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in a senior HR management role.
