Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation for easy access.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Supporting team members with project management and event planning.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of administrative practices in a mentorship or governance environment.
