Vacancy 1: Controller

Position: Controller
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Type of Job: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a 24/7 focal point for all security coordination and communication.
  • Work closely with Security Specialists and Security Focal Points to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Monitor security incidents and relay crucial updates to relevant teams.
  • Provide real-time support and coordination during security incidents.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all communications and incidents.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in security coordination or control room operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and relevant security software.

Vacancy 2: Quality Health & Safety, Environment Assistant

Position: Quality Health & Safety, Environment Assistant
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Type of Job: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) policies and programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.
  • Advise and instruct on safety-related topics including machinery use, noise levels, and protective equipment.
  • Organize OSH training sessions for employees and executives.
  • Review and update existing safety policies according to the latest legislation.
  • Conduct regular internal audits, close non-conformities, and prepare compliance reports.
  • Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training courses.
  • Maintain documentation of operational practices and ensure timely updates.
  • Ensure accountability of all company fixed assets through bi-weekly physical audits.
  • Advise management on risk-prone areas and recommend mitigation measures.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in OSH compliance and audits.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct OSH audits and training programs.

Vacancy 3: Technicians (5 Posts)

Position: Alarm Technicians
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems.
  • Support the technical team in ensuring high-quality technical work.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues.
