Salaries and Remuneration Commission Hiring In 12 Posts
SRC is mandated with setting and regularly reviewing the remuneration and benefits of all state officers while advising the national and county governments on the remuneration and benefits of other public officers. We are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring fairness, equity, and productivity in the public sector.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
- A strong educational background relevant to the position applied for.
- Demonstrated experience in the field related to the job title.
- A proven track record of excellence in leadership, teamwork, and innovation.
- Understanding of public service policies and regulations.
For the Chairperson and Members of the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee, additional governance, risk management, and compliance expertise will be required.

Mandatory Clearance Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to obtain clearance certificates from the following bodies:
- Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) – Police Clearance Certificate.
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) – Proof of good financial standing.
- Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) – Tax compliance certificate.
- Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) – Integrity clearance.
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) – Loan clearance certificate (where applicable).
