Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Verify the quantity, goods, and unit of warehouse receipts to ensure alignment with system SKU quantities.
2. Cross-check transfer orders against system SKU quantities, goods quantities, and units.
3. Oversee the scanning and paper archiving of warehouse operation documents, ensuring compliance with IPO requirements.
4. Review and confirm the completeness of daily work reports, including waybill information registration, incoming goods ledger, and other records.
5. Conduct team training sessions once a month, fostering continuous improvement and skill development among staff.
6. Handle additional tasks assigned by leadership, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a busy warehouse environment.
• Over 2 years of team handling experience, showcasing leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other related software tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and execute duties efficiently.

Note: Candidates with prior experience in warehouse operations and a solid understanding of inventory systems will have an added advantage.
