Key Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- HR Operations: Overseeing all HR department functions and operations, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
- Strategic HR Planning: Developing and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations by addressing grievances, concerns, and demands effectively.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Leading the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent to meet organizational needs.
- Talent Retention: Supporting business objectives through the development, engagement, and retention of talent.
- Policy Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, Personal Improvement Plans (PIPs), and motivation programs to boost employee productivity.
- HR Systems: Developing and monitoring HR systems, strategies, and procedures across the organization.
- Workforce Planning: Analyzing data to make strategic workforce decisions and adjustments.
- Staff Reward Programs: Managing staff reward initiatives, including both monetary and non-monetary incentives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Education: MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- HR Policy & Strategy Expertise: Experience in implementing HR policies and developing effective HR strategies.
- HR Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and privacy policies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong decision-making, management, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze workforce data for strategic planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
