Job Summary

The SAP Data Entry and Operations Admin – Senior Officer will focus on maintaining data quality in inventory transactions through the SAP system. This includes ensuring compliance with quality control (QC) standards, generating reports, and guiding process improvements. By maintaining high levels of data accuracy, you will directly enhance One Acre Fund’s service delivery to farmers while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Quality Assurance

• Accurately input data into SAP systems while ensuring data integrity and adherence to organizational standards.
• Perform daily data uploads, downloads, and system reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all inventory transactions are tracked and recorded accurately.

System Monitoring and Error Resolution

• Monitor SAP systems for errors and collaborate with IT teams for prompt resolution.
• Provide regular updates on system performance and recommend improvements for error mitigation.

Documentation and Training

• Develop comprehensive documentation of SAP data entry procedures and operational workflows.
• Offer training and support to end-users, enabling efficient use of SAP systems and operational processes.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and report on key indicators related to inventory and data management.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Crystal Reports to analyze data trends and present actionable insights.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for enhancing current workflows and introduce innovative solutions to improve service delivery to farmers.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP data entry and operations administration.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP modules, including Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI).
• Strong understanding of business operations and data management principles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Crystal Reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
