Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media & Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Managing multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Creating and curating engaging multimedia content, such as posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to specific audiences.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

- Managing client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Leading social media campaigns to boost traffic, increase engagement, and achieve measurable ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client relations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong command of social media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analysis.
- Expertise in creating and editing multimedia content using industry-standard tools.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional project management, communication, and customer service abilities.
