KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement Assistant
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and procurement activities.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and follow-ups with vendors.
- Assist in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
Accounts Assistant
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and budget reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
- Support tax filing and compliance with financial regulations.
Safaricom Express Agent (Must Have Completed Safaricom Training)
- Provide mobile money services through the Safaricom Express platform.
- Assist customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Ensure accuracy and security in handling customer funds.
- Maintain compliance with Safaricom’s operational guidelines and security measures.
- Offer excellent customer service and resolve transaction issues efficiently.
Airtime Sales Representative (DSA)
- Promote and sell airtime and telecommunications products.
- Identify potential customers and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet sales targets and generate reports on sales performance.
- Educate customers on available products, bundles, and special offers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Procurement Assistant
- Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain roles is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Accounts Assistant
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or accounts management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Safaricom Express Agent (Must Have Completed Safaricom Training)
- Must have completed Safaricom Express Agent training.
- Strong numerical skills and financial integrity.
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle financial transactions responsibly.
- Experience in mobile money transactions is a plus.
Airtime Sales Representative (DSA)
- Certificate, diploma, or relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in direct sales is an advantage.
