KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Evaluate business models and financial performance of potential investees.
• Assist in due diligence processes, including analyzing financial statements and growth potential.
• Support in deal structuring and negotiation for investment agreements.
• Monitor portfolio companies, track key performance metrics, and provide strategic support.
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners to support Villgro Africa’s mission.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Passion for impact investing and the African healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
