Key Responsibilities of the Investment Intern

  • Measure and evaluate ROI trends that impact the investment portfolio.
  • Analyze and review fund managers’ investment plans to provide insights on market trends.
  • Conduct research on current investment portfolios and explore new investment opportunities.
  • Assess financial data and company performance metrics to guide investment decisions.
  • Monitor market developments, financial products, and industry trends that influence investments.
  • Carry out scenario analysis and develop financial models for investment decision-making.
  • Store, organize, and manage investment department data for analysis and reporting.
  • Support portfolio review activities and provide guidance to management on investment performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance Option), Science (Statistics), or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in investment analysis tools and financial modeling.
  • Excellent research and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve set objectives.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills in investment and portfolio management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
