Available Positions
1. Management Trainees in Civil Engineering (REF-ASK/MT/25/1)
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo structured training in civil engineering projects and infrastructure management.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining engineering projects.
- Participate in quality assurance, safety compliance, and technical evaluations.
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Gain hands-on experience in site management, project planning, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least Upper Second Class Honors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Member of the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Must possess a HELB clearance certificate.
- Must provide a Certificate of Good Conduct.
2. Management Trainees in Procurement (REF-ASK/MT/25/2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in procurement planning, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and ethical purchasing practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics – NAV) for procurement operations.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement with at least Upper Second Class Honors.
- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent financial, budgeting, and planning skills.
- Must possess a HELB clearance certificate.
- Must provide a Certificate of Good Conduct.
