Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify, qualify, pitch, and close high-value B2B sales opportunities with property owners, real estate firms, and property management companies.
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, implementing negotiation strategies to maximize value.
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including pain points, challenges, and decision-making processes to craft compelling sales pitches.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Build long-term client relationships by consistently demonstrating the value of KODDI’s solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track client interactions and optimize sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for KODDI, positioning the company as the leading solution in the proptech sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales techniques and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in sales, marketing, IT, or a business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for business development.
- The ability to articulate complex technological solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to drive deal closures.
- Experience in the real estate, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
