Key Responsibilities:

As a Welder Helper, your primary role will be to assist in the preventive maintenance and repair of welding equipment and tools. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead welders in welding, brazing, thermal cutting, and arc cutting operations.
• Using wrenches, hammers, and clamps to lift, move, and secure metal workpieces.
• Ensuring the scheduled maintenance of welding and fitting equipment to keep them operational.
• Transporting workpieces to construction sites manually or using a hand truck.
• Preheating metal components in a furnace before welding.
• Using grinders and scrapers to remove rough spots, ensuring smooth surfaces.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Certificate in Welding and Fabrication from a recognized institution.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Hardworking, dedicated, and highly committed to delivering quality work.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and industrial tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
