Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance and workshop fitters’ operations, ensuring smooth factory processes.
• Perform mechanical fittings and ensure machinery is properly assembled.
• Work effectively on a shift schedule to support uninterrupted factory operations.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized after completion of service.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to prevent disruptions in the production process.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the management in relation to factory maintenance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Fitter Trade Test or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven physical fitness and ability to handle heavy mechanical tasks.
• Strong knowledge of mill machinery maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance to reduce machinery failures and ensure optimal performance.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fitter in a factory or industrial setting.
• Experience working with industrial machinery, maintenance, and repair operations.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical faults and conducting repairs.
