Key Responsibilities

As a mechanic at TSCL, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting tractors, motor vehicles (MVs), and other equipment for proper performance.
• Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized diagnostic tools and other testing equipment.
• Repairing and testing heavy-duty equipment to ensure full operational efficiency.
• Performing preventive maintenance and routine mechanical work to enhance durability and efficiency.
• Cleaning, lubricating, and assembling mechanical components to prevent wear and tear.
• Documenting all maintenance and repair activities to ensure proper records and compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Certificate in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive and heavy-duty equipment repair.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and testing equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
